Foundations of Regenerative Living

A week-long experience of Permaculture, Earth Skills-Building, and Celebration through Food

Feb 4-11, 2024 | Lake Atitlán, Guatemala

This January, we are excited to offer a space for you to experience the endless possibilities you can create through food and ultimately through your life.

Food for Our Bodies & Soul

We believe that when we bring awareness to our food, how it's grown, and how we consume, we restore a deep connection with our own bodies, our Mother Earth, and our communities. Through this act of conscious participation, we are guided into ultimate states of presence, gratitude, and healthy creation. On this retreat we make nourishment our focus, because from that place we can build a new culture in which we live every day enriched.

During our week together,

We will use the framework of permaculture to teach you about the ingredients life needs to emerge naturally. We will embody these teachings through physical learning practices such as planting, processing, creating, and repurposing food, which will offer you a renewed sense of capability and freedom. You will learn firsthand how connected everything is, and the experience of interdependence and responsibility will ripple into your projects, your family, personal growth, and communities, bringing more vitality into all your interactions.

Get Excited to:

  • Learn the permaculture philosophy and see it in action

  • Create nutritious soil and plant seeds in the garden

  • Harvest food and cook up delicious meals together

  • Sing and dance while we snip herbs for our meals

  • Learn how to ferment and compost

  • Experience the miracle of life through every bite of food we put into our mouths

This is the doorway into reclaiming a healthy relationship with all of life. Together, we are creating a more resilient and joyful future.
